The Asian Cricket Cricket (ACC) announced the schedule for the Asia Cup 2022 on Tuesday. Arch-rivals, India and Pakistan are set to face off on Aug. 28, 2022 for a group stage match at the Dubai International Stadium.
This will be the first clash between the two nations after Pakistan defeated India at the T20 World Cup 2021 in the same stadium, winning by ten wickets. As India and Pakistan do not play bilateral tournaments their only chance to meet on the field is during World Cups or Asia Cups.
