Indian Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, on Saturday, emphasized the value India places on the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), as an institution that upholds regional, multilateral global order.
Dhankar made his remarks at the ASEAN-India Commemorative Summit in Phnom Penh, which he attended along with the leaders of the ASEAN member states to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the India-ASEAN Partnership.
