The All India Football Federation (AIFF) mourned the demise of legendary Indian footballer Tulsidas Balaram, who passed away at his residence in Uttarpara in Kolkata on February 16, 2023.
The 85-year-old was a prominent member of the golden generation of Indian football in the 1950s and 1960s, the AIFF said in its statement.
