Famous singer and composer Bhupinder Singh passed away on Monday, 18 June due to multiple health issues. He was allegedly suffering from colon cancer as well as Covid-19-related complications and breathed his last in a Mumbai city hospital late in the evening.
Singh, who was a trained Gazhal artist, became well-known for his unique pitch and impeccable and versatile voice control. His distinctively bass voice was the perfect medium to express the angst and heartache of several Bollywood songs in the 1970s and 1980s. Over the course of a five-decade-long career.
