Accused Tinu in Moosewala killing case escapes from custody of CIA

According to the chargesheet, Tinu assisted with logistics by connecting Bishnoi, the mastermind who'd been hiding abroad, in order to carry out the murder of Moosewala.

Gangster Deepak Tinu, an accused in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case who is reportedly Lawrence Bishnoi's sidekick, escaped from the Mansa, Punjab, Police's Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) unit late last night.

To find the accused, a manhunt has been started in the state and an alert has been issued. Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Gurmeet Chauhan hurried a squad from the Anti-Gangster Task Force to Mansa. According to authorities, the police in Sirsa, Haryana, searched a probable hideout today after being notified by the police of neighbouring states, including Rajasthan and Haryana.
