1,300 Indian students set to return to China to resume higher education

In the absence of direct flights between the two countries, it became a big problem for thousands of Indian students as also families of Indians working in China and businessmen to travel to and fro China

Over 1,300 Indian students will be able to return to China to resume higher education in universities and colleges there with the Chinese embassy issuing visas to them recently.

This was conveyed to Indian ambassador to China Pradeep Rawat by Chinese foreign ministry’s director general (Asia Affairs) Liu Jinsong while reviewing the progress in people-to-people exchange programmes.
